Bloom's Response to COVID-19

Dear Valued Bloom Garden Supply Customers,


During these times of growing concern surrounding the Coronavirus across our community, our hearts go out to all of those who have been impacted.   At Bloom Garden Supply the health and safety of our customers, employees, and families is our #1 priority.  Be assured that Bloom Garden Supply has taken significant steps to continue that our services remain uninterrupted while working to safeguard employees and customers during this situation.


CLEANLINESS and HYGIENE
We have added extra cleanings throughout the store and especially in high use areas.  Checkout counters, door handles, bathrooms, drink coolers, desktops, and phones are all being cleaned and sanitized hourly and after use.  We have instructed our teams to send home anyone who is not feeling well, not to come to work if not feeling well, or has family members who arenโ€™t feeling well. We have policies in place to support our employees during illness and family emergencies. 

LIMITING EXPOSURE 
While stores remain opened and stocked, we understand you may want to limit exposure. Our team can take your order over the phone or via email. Sandy orders: (503) 200-1515, Division orders: (971) 255-1336. Emailed orders can go to division@bloomgardensupply.com for items to be picked up at the Division location, or sandy@bloomgardensupply.com for items to be picked up at the Sandy location.


SERVICE COMMITMENT

While limiting health risk,  we are not limiting our service level to you.  We will continue to partner with you to navigate your business through these challenging times. 


REMAINING VIGILANT

This virus and itโ€™s effects requires us to evolve quickly.  We will continue to monitor all recommendations for the safest courses of action for customers and employees  from the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and public health agencies.
